Next Level Printing Company stands firmly behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Care team within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Subject to the following criteria, we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.

All products from Next Level Printing Company are made-to-order, utilizing the best quality materials and our state-of-the-art printing equipment.

We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances may be beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.

  • Inferior quality or low resolution of uploaded images.

  • Design errors introduced by the customer during the design creation process.

  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

We encourage you to carefully review your designs and correct any mistakes before placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Next Level Printing Company does not proof documents created by customers prior to processing.
